1. Eligibility

2. Membership & Subscriptions

  • Access to the Services is provided on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual, as selected at signup).
  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate, unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method automatically for each renewal period.
  • We may offer different membership tiers with different features, pricing, and usage limits, as described on the Site at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing contact@aitimelyposts.com.com.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period (see our Return Policy).
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Services until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which access ends.

4. Fees & Payment

  • All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we change your pricing, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect on your next renewal.
  • Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of your Membership.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or resell access to the Services without authorization
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to distribute malicious code
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any plugin or software provided as part of the Services, except as permitted by law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Site, our plugin(s), content, and all related materials are owned by Ai Timely Posts or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • Your Membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for its intended purpose during your active subscription period. No ownership rights are transferred.
  • Upon cancellation or termination, your license to use the Product ends, though you may retain content you created using the Product prior to cancellation, where technically applicable.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular SEO or content-related results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Timely Posts and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause. You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 3.

10. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. law.
